SolarService Days

Solarians receive two paid days annually for community service to foster meaningful engagement and support those in need.

Dollars for Doers

Dollars for Doers rewards Solarians for volunteering with up to $25 per hour, capped at $500 annually, that is donated to the individual’s chosen organization.

Donation Matching

SolarWinds will match donations up to $500 per person per year to support Solarians’ charitable causes.

Corporate Sponsorships

SolarWinds also supports various one-time and recurring sponsorships for education, employment, diversity, and other causes at the discretion of the CEO.

Bringing together all aspects of employee wellbeing to address fitness, mental, emotional, social, intellectual, and cyber wellness.

Physical Wellness

SolarWinds will reimburse Solarians for race fees associated with challenging endurance events, including 5Ks, 10Ks, half marathons, marathons, triathlons, mud runs, and cycling races.
