About the role:
Solarwinds is working to establish and grow the Go To Market motion with and through the Cloud Service Providers (specifically AWS and Microsoft). 

Your Impact:
Core Responsibilities:

  • Understand and manage the Partnership programs for AWS & Azure, including co-build, co-market and co-sell.
  • Administer these programs on behalf of SolarWinds.
  • Maintain expertise in the operation of the AWS & Azure Marketplaces as a (company) Seller. Liaise with Business Applications, Finance, Sales & Product stakeholders to manage and optimise listings on an ongoing basis.
  • Act as an escalation point for issues related to Marketplaces and Programs, liaising with AWS & Azure for resolution, as needed.
  • Participate in the normal rhythm of connection between SolarWinds & AWS, SolarWinds and Azure to ensure smooth running of the relationships.
  • Act as the single point of contact for internal SolarWinds stakeholders across Product, Engineering, Sales & Marketing functions on all issues related to AWS & Azure GTM.
  • Provide input to, and manage the business plans for AWS & Azure.

Your Experience:

  • Must have excellent working knowledge of the CSP partner programs, structure and workflows. 
  • Must have experience with CSP Marketplaces and the ability to create, edit and maintain entries. Must be able to measure and track success via the various CSP and SolarWinds tools. 
  • Must have co-marketing experience with the CSPs and their partner ecosystems. Must be able to work within SolarWinds and with the CSPs to define, execute and measure programs
  • Creative thinker and problem solver. Able to work through problems on the SolarWinds and CSP sides. 
  • Lean, Agile planning and execution
  • Ability to build a sustainable revenue stream via co-sell, co-market and co-build. 
  • Ability to do early build and prototyping. For example, able to create Marketplace entries, prove, then refine. 
  • Must be able to easily liaise with sales and marketing within SolarWinds and the CSPs. Able to bridge between the two.
