Your Role:

Contributes to the design, coordination, facilitation, and tracking of innovative training solutions that improve performance, drive organizational outcomes,
and engage the modern learner. Updates and implements instructional content for eLearning, job aids, and instructor-led trainings on our LMS Systems, Success Factors and Litmos. Researches best practices and new approaches for corporate learning and designs tools to complement them. Collaborates with various cross-functional departments, operation leaders, and stakeholders, to support the delivery of effective training and development programs and resources.

Your Impact:

  • Create and maintain documentation related to learning programs, including program descriptions, participant rosters, evaluations, marketing materials, etc.
  • Develops and maintains a deep and broad functional knowledge of the LMS and is responsible for the day-to-day management of the system including publishing of training assignment, analytics, and project management
  • Develops and generates metrics / reports and gather data to assess timeliness and other aspects of training completion and compliance; then develops and presents solutions to drive higher levels of completion/compliance
  • Test content and LMS system changes
  • Respond to and troubleshoot inquiries related to training courses issues
  • Research new approaches and build support resources to improve and enhance the customer experience
  • Manage enquiries from class participants and stakeholders
  • May be involved in designing surveys and analyzing survey data
  • Manages support inbox, develops help documents, delivers training, produces reports and data analysis, and troubleshoots system issues
  • Through the LMS, monitors and assesses the on-going timeliness and efficiency of training processes
  • Process Accreditations and issues digital badges to participants

Your Experience:

Basic Qualifications

  • Communication: crisp, compelling, and practical style of writing, editing, and speaking
  • Business acumen: high intelligence and ability to quickly grasp complex business issues; strong critical reasoning and ability to formulate and work with conceptual frameworks organizational effectiveness, organizational design, performance consulting)
  • Ability to work effectively on own initiative and collaborate, share ideas, and maintain a team mindset
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer and technical skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel in particular
  • Ability to manage multiple ongoing projects and day-to-day activities
  • Ability to maintain flexible working hours to accommodate teams in multiple geographic locations
  • Solid problem-solving and analysis skills
  • Must be comfortable in an environment of evolving technologies and processes, and to be adaptable and flexible to new ways of working

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a learning and development/HR environment
  • Prior experience using a learning management system (LMS) with Success Factors an advantage
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
