Your Role:

  • In this role, you will be able to drive business growth through a mix of Resellers, MSPs and VADs
  • Collaborate with various sales and channel teams in the region and contribute to their business success
  • Lead business numbers, growth strategies and alliance relationships across the region
  • Drive business results for the region while maintaining and growing channels in ANZ
  • Build strategies with partners to make SolarWinds their core Observability technology associate

Your Impact:

  • Manage and work with a select group of new and existing channel partners to define and execute joint sales and Go to Market (GTM) programs
  • Drive GTM execution across activities, including coordination of business generation-related and joint sales enablement activities
  • Lead sales pipeline reviews between your partners and the SolarWinds sales teams
  • Act as internal champion for the Partners, driving internal SolarWinds field enablement and account alignment
  • Evangelize the SolarWinds solutions with partner technology teams and find platform-based opportunities to make it a sustainable business
  • Prepare and give periodic business reviews to the SolarWinds senior management team
  • Create a predictable business model to drive accurate business forecasts
  • Identify and recruit new partners as appropriate to drive regional business priorities – across resellers and MSPs
  • Work and collaborate with other sales managers, directors, and executives across our regional sales organization to build joint GTM to unlock incremental revenue potential across ANZ and Pacific markets

Your Experience:

  • At least 8-10 years of years of channels sales/sales experience in a mid-size organization
  • Experience in managing a “hunting” mindset
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Analytical and strategic mindset and ability to leverage data across all interactions to put strategic plans in place
  • Effective communicator and motivator across multiple mediums both externally and internally
  • Able to drive results and accountability within the team
  • Support the business in cross-functional projects to drive organizational advancement
  • Detail oriented and the ability to manage multiple objectives
  • Proactive and a sense of urgency with identifying leading indicators of upcoming opportunities and challenge
