Your Role:

The IT Business Operations team is looking for an IAM Business Analyst that is passionate about data engineering as well as data and process analysis to improve IAM efficiency and effectiveness.

As an IAM Business Analyst, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through validation of Identity and Access Management controls, processes, and procedure. We look for candidates who are competent and committed to the SolarWinds Mission and display exemplary attitude.

Your Impact:

In this role, you will be able to:

Drive analysis and resolution of business challenges
Collaborate between IT teams and different business organizations
Lead analysis of IAM controls for both human and non-human entities
Drive compliance to different internal and external controls

The focus of the role

Data & Process Analytics
Utilize report findings to identify opportunities for improvement
Propose ideas to increase audit & analysis efficiency
Transform improvement ideas into projects & requirements

Data Engineering

Design and improve reporting solutions to support IAM control analysis
Orchestrate data collection in an efficient and consistent manor
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Ensure that IAM policies are validated by key stakeholders
Leverage findings and operational context to make iterative improvements
Facilitate cross-functional alignment where needed to ensure smooth IAM operations
Support the overall IT Business Operations team in their service to Solarians and other stakeholders

Ability to

Scale analysis from raw and new asks through routine tasks while keeping a keen focus on detail
Design and implement ETL processes from a variety of sources (Databases, files, semi-structured and unstructured data, and APIs)
Resolve problems and think creatively
Leverage findings into business process re-engineering efforts
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, managers, and stakeholders
Work independently and productively, with an aptitude to learn quickly
Organizational skills to prioritize and plan work, multi-task and meet schedules
Ability to work in a virtual environment with remote colleagues
Undertake assignments involving unfamiliar subjects

Responsibilities

You’ll be assigned to a team and work on current projects that analyze IAM controls and efficiency within the IT organization
Identify gaps and drive implementation of solutions to close them
Perform data quality audits and data hygiene checks
