Your Role:

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer at SolarWinds, you’ll play a crucial role in building and maintaining cloud-native solutions used by our Engineering teams to develop and run products and tools. We’re seeking candidates proficient in Terraform and Kubernetes, with expertise in AKS/EKS.

About our team: As a Senior SRE, you’ll significantly impact the growth of our business by contributing to our cloud-oriented environments in AWS and Azure. Supporting engineering teams in both product and business applications, we manage various DevOps tools, including GitHub, Artifactory, TeamCity, Azure DevOps, and more. The team operates across APAC, EU, and US time zones.

Your Impact:

Manage and run build infrastructure for major products, ensuring optimal performance.
Work with CI/CD platforms on AWS and Azure, employing various monitoring tools to maintain expected system behavior.
Expand and enhance the environment using Docker, FluxCD, Kustomize, and Terraform.
Utilize and extend existing scripts, primarily in Python.
Participate in a weekly on-call rotation to address system issues promptly.
Provide support during EU business hours, working in the EU Central time zone.

Your Experience:

Daily use of Terraform in a professional setting.
Experience with projects on Azure or AWS, including EKS/AKS and Kubernetes management.
Proficiency in cloud networking.
Understanding, and preferably hands-on experience, with tools like ArgoCD or FluxCD, Kustomize.
Ability to read and produce code, preferably in Python, Go, PowerShell, or other relevant languages.
Agile with a collaborative, curious, and inventive mindset.
Proven ability to design secure cloud-native systems.
