Your Role:

The People Partner will facilitate and operationalize the HR agenda with a primary focus on support to the N. America Sales and Corp. Marketing organizations. In this role, the People Partner will be responsible to ensure that the execution of talent processes, programs, and events are executed seamlessly, through hands on engagement and through guidance to managers and employees. This role will report to the Manager, People Partner.

Your Impact:

  • Manage local employee relations including investigations by managing employee, manager, and senior stakeholder expectations
  • Support local management in all annual cycle programs including compensation planning, and performance management
  • Strengthen management capability by providing coaching and counsel to first- and second-line managers
  • Partner with local management to drive employee engagement activity from a site and organization perspective
  • Assist with the facilitation of international or domestic transfers and expat assignments
  • Support the processing of all employee actions – terminations, onboarding, transfers, promotion, salary reviews, payroll, and immigration support as needed

Your Experience:

  • Experienced HR professional with a track-record of success partnering with the business and HRBPs in a complex, global, fast growing business
  • 3-5 years of HR experience
  • Experience collaborating with a team of HR professionals in a matrixed organization including HR Business Partners and HR Centers of Excellence
  • Analytical capability
  • Courage to confidently express an independent point of view influence management consistent with the HR agenda
  • Adaptability and ability to keep pace in a fast moving and turbulent business environment
  • Balanced approach to serving local business needs while advocating corporate objectives
  • Detail oriented, “first time right” tenacity; an excellent listener and communicator
  • Excellent at developing collaborative relationships within a diverse group of leaders with varying styles
  • Must possess impeccable integrity and will demonstrate a level of credibility and business acumen that has earned her or him trusted advisor status among managers
  • Takes initiative and stretches beyond direct sphere of responsibility as a partner to the local management team
  • Bachelor’s Degree required. MA/MS degree, PHR certification preferred
