We work in hybrid mode 3+2, at minimum of 3 days at the office, with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and 2 days on home office.

Location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00.

Your Impact:

As a Senior DevOps Engineer, your contributions will directly impact the organization’s ITSM capabilities. You will be instrumental in shaping the architecture, improving scalability, and fostering a culture of efficiency and innovation. Your ability to work independently and collaboratively will be key in maintaining and enhancing the production environment, ensuring a reliable and high-performance ITSM infrastructure.

Architecture Building: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and resilient architectures, ensuring the seamless integration of ITSM solutions within the existing infrastructure.
DevOps Expertise: Leverage your extensive DevOps experience, particularly in Azure, to streamline deployment processes, optimize workflows, and enhance overall system reliability.
Production Environment Building: Utilize your past experience in crafting production environments to set up and maintain robust, high-performance systems tailored to the unique requirements of the organization.
Scalability: Apply your expertise in scalability to design solutions that can grow with the evolving needs of the business, ensuring optimal performance under varying workloads.
Support and Maintenance: Take ownership of support and maintenance tasks, promptly addressing issues and implementing improvements to enhance system stability and performance.
Independent Work: Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking initiative to solve complex challenges and contribute to the overall success of the ITSM initiatives.
Collaboration and Communication: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, assisting and communicating effectively with colleagues, while also sharing knowledge and best practices.

Your Experience:

Senior Level Experience: Proven experience as a senior developer, showcasing a deep understanding of software development and system architecture.
DevOps Proficiency: Demonstrated expertise in DevOps practices, with a focus on Azure, and a track record of successfully implementing and optimizing deployment pipelines.
Production Environment Building: Previous experience in designing, building, and maintaining production environments, ensuring reliability and performance.
Scalability: Hands-on experience in designing scalable solutions that can accommodate the evolving needs of a dynamic business environment.
Support and Maintenance: Strong background in providing support and maintenance for critical systems, with a commitment to continuous improvement.
Independent Worker: Proven ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and driving projects to successful completion.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and contribute to a positive working environment.
Quick Learner: Ability to quickly grasp complex environments and workflows, with a proactive mindset towards continuous learning and improvement.
