Role Overview

The Sales Operations Lead – APAC is a strategic and execution-focused role responsible for driving operational excellence, forecasting accuracy, and scalable growth across the APAC sales organisation. This role acts as a trusted advisor to regional Sales Leadership, partnering cross-functionally to optimise GTM performance through data, process, and systems.

The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of analytics, business partnering, and operational execution, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategy into measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sales Strategy & Planning
  • Partner with APAC Sales Leadership to define territory design, coverage models, and headcount planning
  • Support annual and quarterly GTM planning and operating cadence
  • Translate business objectives into operational plans, targets, and KPIs
  1. Forecasting & Pipeline Management
  • Own APAC forecasting cadence, governance, and accuracy improvement initiatives
  • Drive pipeline health, coverage ratios, and deal progression insights
  • Identify revenue risks and opportunities through data-driven analysis
  1. Performance Analytics & Reporting
  • Build and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting
  • Provide actionable insights on:
    • Pipeline generation & conversion
    • ASP trends & deal band analysis
    • Regional performance vs targets
  • Enable faster decision-making via automated and standardised reporting
  1. Sales Process & Operational Excellence
  • Drive end-to-end sales process optimisation (lead routing, stages, pipeline hygiene)
  • Own documentation, standardisation, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure alignment with global processes while tailoring for APAC needs
  1. Systems & Tools Ownership
  • Partner with Business Applications to manage CRM (Salesforce) and sales tech stack
  • Optimise workflows, data quality, and reporting structures
  • Ensure adoption and effectiveness of tools across the sales organisation
  1. Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Channel, Customer Success, and IT
  • Align on GTM priorities, planning cycles, and performance tracking [Lead Reven…ns Analyst | Word]
  • Act as the central coordination point for APAC Sales Operations
  1. Executive Support & Business Partnering
  • Serve as a primary operations partner to APAC Sales Leadership
  • Prepare business reviews, QBRs, and executive presentations
  • Influence decision-making through structured insights and recommendations
  1. Transformation & Strategic Initiatives
  • Lead high-impact initiatives such as:
    • Forecasting transformation
    • Pipeline acceleration programs
    • Sales productivity improvements
  • Drive scalability through automation and process redesign

Key Qualifications & Experience

  • 6–8+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Strategy roles
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, pipeline mechanics, and forecasting
  • Proven experience partnering with Sales Leadership and cross-functional teams
  • Expertise in:
    • CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
    • Reporting tools (Tableau, Excel, BI tools)
    • Data analysis and modelling
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment
