Responsibilities:
As a Field & Partner Marketing Associate in EMEA, you will be a foundational supporter of our regional growth by assisting in the delivery of integrated marketing programs. While you will provide logistical support for field marketing initiatives, your primary focus will be on maintaining and enabling your market’s partner ecosystem to ensure it functions as a high-performance engine.
You won’t just “run campaigns”—you will be a marketing coordinator for our channel partners, helping them access and implement the go-to-market tools and resources needed to drive pipeline and long-term customer loyalty. You will act as the operational backbone of the region, ensuring that partner activities are tracked accurately and that our field engagements are executed with excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Partner Support: Assist in the onboarding and initial enablement of new partners, guiding them through the maturity lifecycle.
  • Integrated Regional Campaign Assistance: Support Sales, Channel, and Marketing leadership to execute an annual marketing plan that balances direct field activities with “through-partner” lead generation.
  • Collateral & Resource Management: Maintain, organize & circulate localized resources and playbooks for regional sales and partner teams.
  • Logistical Execution: Provide hands-on support for regional industry events, managing logistics to ensure a seamless experience for attendees.
  • Data Management & Tracking: Support the team by ensuring all lead data and campaign activities are accurately tracked in Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Communication Liaison: Help gather feedback from cross-departmental teams, the field and partners to share with the broader marketing team.

Your Experience & Skills

  • Foundational Marketing Knowledge: Early career experience or a strong internship background in B2B marketing or EMEA channel support
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written skills with an ability to communicate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Tech Literacy: Familiarity with or a high aptitude for learning marketing technology like Salesforce and Marketo.
  • Agility: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Travel: Ability to travel to provide onsite support for industry events and partner workshops as required.
  • Languages: Preference for French, Italian or Spanish
