At SolarWinds, we’re a people-first company. Our purpose is to enrich the lives of the people we serve—including our employees, customers, shareholders, partners, and communities. Join us in our mission to help customers accelerate business transformation with simple, powerful, and secure solutions.

The ideal candidate thrives in an innovative, fast-paced environment and is collaborative, accountable, ready, and empathetic. We’re looking for individuals who believe they can accomplish more as a team and create lasting growth for themselves and others. We hire based on attitude, competency, and commitment. Solarians are ready to advance our world-class solutions in a fast-paced environment and accept the challenge to lead with purpose. If you’re looking to build your career with an exceptional team, you’ve come to the right place. Join SolarWinds and grow with us!

As our Website Optimization Specialist, you won’t just manage pages—you will own the “evergreen” digital journey, ensuring that every global visitor is guided toward the right product through personalized, data-driven experiences. You are the bridge between our marketing traffic and our sales pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conversion Roadmap & Strategy: Lead the strategy and execution of on-site “nurture” programs that programmatically align web content with business unit goals, product interest, and account-based (ABM) intent.
  • The Testing Engine: Design and drive a rigorous A/B and multivariate testing culture. You will move beyond “guessing” by validating UX improvements, CTA placements, and landing page layouts with statistical significance.
  • Audience Personalization: Build and manage standardized audience segments within our web stack to deliver dynamic content. You’ll ensure that a “Tier 1 ABM” account sees a different, more tailored experience than a first-time browser.
  • Full-Funnel Optimization: Support the prospect and customer journey by optimizing every digital touchpoint—from the first landing page hit to the final demo request or “Thank You” page.
  • Technical Ecosystem Management: Work closely with the Marketing Tech team to ensure our stack (CMS, GA4, Heatmapping, and Lead Scoring) is firing perfectly and that data flows seamlessly into Salesforce (SFDC).
  • Compliance & Best Practices: Act as the guardian of our digital presence, ensuring all site optimizations comply with global privacy regulations and industry accessibility standards.

What You Bring to the Table

  • B2B Experience: 3–5 years in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS) with a deep understanding of how to generate high-quality leads through digital channels.
  • The CRO Toolbox: Proficiency in website optimization tools (e.g., VWO, Optimizely, or Mutiny), Heatmapping (Hotjar), and advanced GA4 reporting.
  • Technical Literacy: Comfort with CMS management and an understanding of how web performance (speed, mobile responsiveness) impacts conversion.
  • Strategic Mindset: You understand Account-Based Marketing (ABM) principles and lead lifecycle alignment—you know that not all traffic is created equal.
  • The “Soft” Skills: You are a data-translator. You can take complex “go-to-market” signals and turn them into clear, actionable website improvements.

Why This Role Matters

  • You are the “closer” for our Marketing team. While others focus on bringing people to the site, you are responsible for what happens once they arrive. By optimizing the web experience, you directly impact the quality of the pipeline and the ultimate success of our global sales team.
