Key Responsibilities

  • Build partnerships with stakeholders to understand drivers, trends, opportunities and share insights and actionable recommendations
  • Support the development, audit, and maintenance of dashboards and management reporting using Tableau
  • Audit financial metrics across systems to ensure accuracy and completeness across systems
  • Build and maintain Excel-based financial models to support forecasting and strategic decision making
  • Perform ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic initiatives, leadership requests, and operational decisions
  • Partner with stakeholders across Sales leadership to provide financial insights and decision support
  • Work with large datasets from multiple systems (NetSuite, Salesforce)
  • Support process improvements, automation, and scalability of FP&A reporting and analysis

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
  • 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a related analytical role
  • Advanced Excel skills required, Tableau and SQL knowledge a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills and comfort working with non-finance stakeholders
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced software environment
