This position is part of our Global Internship Program, allowing new talents to show themselves, improve, and thrive with our support. It is an on-site paid internship at our site in Brno in The Czech Republic. The length is limited – for 3 months, for full-time employment – 40 hours per week. The start of the internship is the 1st of July 2026 and the end of the internship is the 30th of September 2026. This internship cannot be done remotely. 

 We work in hybrid mode 3+2, a minimum of 3 days at the office with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays and a maximum of 2 days at the home office per week. 

The location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00. 

We employ only via employment contract – FTE (HPP).

 

We are a team of twelve developers – healthy mix of senior and junior experience. We are working on a product called SolarWinds Observability (SWO), which is a cloud-based solution for network, database, app, and log monitoring. Our focus area is log processing and display – as a user, you don’t want to manually check a million log lines ingested per hour. You want to drill down to the issue and see relevant logs which describe recent issues on your system… or you want to be sure logs are ingested, monitored by our system and archived just in case.

Work is important, but we also offer a friendly atmosphere, refreshment, and occasional teambuilding events.

We are now seeking someone to help with our development and participate in all of its phases.
