Your Role:

The People Technology Analyst for Reporting and Data Management is the main point of contact in delivering reporting support to key stakeholders of People Services. This role is responsible in providing comprehensive reporting solutions and provides data analytics highlighting key information to help the decision-making process. The role will also assist with several key strategic projects, internal and external audit requirements, the daily system management and requires a performance driven and capable individual to deliver effective and efficient support.

This role is a subject matter expert and will manage requests mainly through the HR Service Desk platform.

Your Impact:

  • Supports the execution of projects in People Team such as employee self-service applications and platforms, system reports migration to stories, testing and others which will help improve employee or user experience.
  • Process HR-related transactions, mass import, troubleshoot data and tool issues, system gaps, and perform special projects and regular data audits as needed.
  • Independently responds to complex internal and/or external partner issues, advocating for the partner/customer, and influences the decision making on deliverables.
  • Participate in regular data quality assurance efforts, including performing root-cause analysis for identified data quality issues.
  • Collaborate with other People teams when necessary to ensure successful delivery of reporting requirements.
  • Responsible in gathering, producing and delivery of scheduled and adhoc global and regional reports coming from People systems such as SuccessFactors, Greenhouse and Solarpeople Service Desk.
  • Structure large data sets to find usable information by utilizing data visualization skills such as graphs, infographics, PowerPoint, and other methods.
  • Ensures that service levels and reporting deadlines are consistently met.
  • Maintain up-to-date Knowledge Base content on policies, procedures & FAQs and share the gained knowledge and experience.
  • Train and help develop the reporting expertise of the People Technology team by sharing best practices, provide systems training including user guides and exposure to complex requests.

Responsibilities

• Provides front-line support via SolarPeople Support Service Desk, responsible for query resolution and escalating accordingly, by utilizing tools, desk procedures and any other reference material that may exist as a knowledge base. Ensuring that progress is tracked within the Service Request to ensure seamless, well-documented case management and ensuring appropriate resolutions are provided to customers.
• Perform data changes via HR transaction, mass upload, data correction and rerouting of approval workflow.
• Support high-volume, time-sensitive tier 1-2 cases related to employee and contractor data, timesheet/off, ad hoc report requests, and in alignment to SLAs.
• Provides support for Recruitment such as but not limited to, facilitation and resolution of system errors, clarification on process flaws, account provisioning, and monitors escalated concerns.
• Act as coordinator and manage all system aspects of the onboarding process including monitoring progress of onboarding steps, profile creation, data validation, corrections/updates.
• Manages and monitors Contractors’ status and closely coordinates with the requisitioning ing unit, IT, and other units on system security access at the onset of deployment/assignment up to end of contract.
• Triage with Solar People Support, SMEs, or key consultants and troubleshoot data issues if needed. Perform root cause analyses in identifying data issues, recommending, and implementing solutions.
• Leverage People Support Knowledgebase to ensure consistent and optimized processes. Create new process documents, maintain the existing process documents and articles ensuring they are up to date. Document incidents and resolutions for future reference.
• Assists in gathering data for internal audits and fully utilize advanced reporting.
• Facilitate end-user training to new members of the People Team on our HR systems and processes.
