Senior UX Designer: SWO NIO

We work in a hybrid mode 3+2, with a minimum of 3 days at the office (with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and a maximum of 2 days at the home office.

The location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00.

We employ only via an employment contract – full-time employment (HPP).

Your Role & Team As a Senior UX Designer, you will lead the design for SolarWinds Network Infrastructure Observability (NIO). You’ll be an integral part of a global design community of 18 professionals. 

• Global Reach: Work with colleagues from Florida and Austin to Bangalore and Uruguay. 🌎

• Local Hub: In Brno, you’ll join a vibrant group of 4 UX Designers, a PO, and a Researcher. 

• NIO Tandem: You will work in a close tandem with our experienced UX colleague based right here in Brno to ensure the best possible design outcomes. 🚀

Your Experience

• 5+ years designing enterprise SaaS products or complex B2B applications.

• Strong portfolio showcasing data-rich, workflow-driven product experiences.

• Expertise in Figma and deep understanding of systems thinking. 🎨

• Proven ability to design for complex data hierarchies and large-scale workflows.

• Comfortable working in Agile environments, embracing rapid iteration.

• Excellent communication skills for presenting design rationale to stakeholders. 🤝

Preference

• Experience designing for network monitoring, observability, or developer tools.

• Familiarity with incident management workflows and performance dashboards.
