Primary Responsibilities
• Lead the strategy, design, and delivery of global onboarding programs that drive engagement, cultural alignment, and accelerate time-to-productivity.
• Partner with business and functional leaders to integrate enterprise, functional, and role-specific onboarding for consistency, scalability, and impact.
• Equip and enable hiring managers with playbooks, toolkits, and learning sessions to build accountability and consistency in onboarding execution.
• Design onboarding experiences for newly hired people managers and leaders that accelerate integration, alignment, and early impact.
• Adapt and evolve programs globally, balancing enterprise consistency with local relevance, cultural needs, and compliance with regional employment laws and data privacy requirements.
• Embed SolarWinds’ brand, culture, and values into every onboarding touchpoint to strengthen connection, belonging, and engagement.
• Use feedback loops, surveys, and analytics to measure effectiveness, track key metrics (e.g., retention, engagement, ramp time, new hire NPS), and drive continuous improvement.
• Oversee program logistics and communication to ensure a seamless, cohesive new hire experience across all regions and functions.
• Serve as a global ambassador for a people-first onboarding experience, fostering inclusion, collaboration, and sustained development beyond the first 90 days.
• Collaborate across Talent Development to design, deliver, and facilitate scalable learning programs (e.g., manager development, career growth, and leadership sessions) that enhance professional growth, consistency, and organizational capability.
Basic Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in learning & development, people programs, or HR, with a specific focus on onboarding and enterprise training.
• Proven track record in program management and instructional design, including developing content using adult learning principles.
• Strong facilitation and coaching skills, comfortable leading sessions with employees and senior leaders alike.
• Demonstrated ability to measure impact and tie program outcomes to business results through data and analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience influencing and partnering at the leadership level.
• Global experience—ability to design and adapt programs for a distributed workforce while maintaining consistency in quality and approach.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment, with strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities.
