Summary: We are seeking a dynamic Conversion Strategy Manager to build strategic partnerships and optimize our conversion processes. This role focuses on managing pricing workflows, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and deriving actionable insights to drive our strategic objectives.
Responsibilities:
- Build partnerships with stakeholders to understand drivers, trends, opportunities and share insights and actionable recommendations.
- Manage the batch conversion quote creation process in Salesforce, including data aggregation, coordination with the Salesforce systems team, and post-processing data review.
- Implement pricing updates to the conversion quote workflow in alignment with evolving strategic objectives, collaborating with pricing, finance, and analytics teams.
- Execute temporary pricing adjustments for targeted customer segments as part of strategic testing initiatives, in partnership with pricing and analytics teams.
- Support reporting and tracking activities related to the conversion process.
- Provide analytical and KPI support to the conversion team as needed.
Required Skills:
- Proven experience in strategy management, pricing, or related fields.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Salesforce and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
