We work in a hybrid mode 3+2, with a minimum of 3 days at the office (with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and a maximum of 2 days at the home office.

The location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00.

We employ only via an employment contract – full-time employment (HPP).

About the team
We are looking for a Software Test Engineer who will join the team developing the Customer Portal and will ensure the quality of delivered functionality with a bigger focus on automated testing. Customer Portal is a website where our customers can manage their licenses, create and view support cases, or download the latest version of our products.

Your role
• Work on assigned tickets from various areas – new features, changes, bug fixing, automation, documentation
• Have support from our more experienced colleagues so you can learn from them
• Participate in requirements reviews, cross-team testing
• Communicate with other members of your team (developers, QAs, Scrum Masters, Product Owners) and even outside (DevOps, users, …)
• Attend the team’s sync meetings to share updates from your side

Your impact:
• Primary responsibility will be ensuring product quality.
• That starts with understanding business requirements, continues with defining clear acceptance criteria for user stories, and creating and running manual and automated test scenarios to verify them.
• We expect test engineers to contribute to the automated test suite.
• The combination of enhancing various aspects (business logic, cloud infrastructure services, databases) of existing applications and tool,s coupled with working on high-value new projects, keeps the job exciting and dynamic.
• You will be a member of the self-organized engineering scrum team working according to the agile principles using Scrum.
• We manage our test cases in Azure TestPlan and use Playwright for the automation.
• Our primary technology is .NET, so you will use mainly Microsoft Visual Studio as an IDE for writing automated tests.
• The tools we use daily are GitHub, Azure DevOps, JIRA, and Confluence.

Qualifications
Must have
• We expect commercial experience in testing software.
• Good communication skills in English and a collaborative, problem‑solving mindset.

Nice to have
• Knowledge of scripting and coding automation tests (ideally C#.NET), experience with test automation tools or willingness to learn.
• Experience with fronted technologies and Web Services (REST) is a benefit.
