As a Sr. HR Business Partner (HRBP), GTM, you will partner closely with leaders and employees across our Go-To-Market (GTM) functions — including Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success — to deliver operational support and drive initiatives that build organizational capability, strengthen leadership effectiveness, and improve business performance.

This role is ideal for an HR professional who enjoys being embedded in the business, balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution, and contributing to a culture of high performance and engagement. The role is based in our Austin office (3 days per week on our hybrid schedule) and reports to the Sr. Director, HRBP, GTM.

Job Responsibilities

Business Partnership

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to GTM leaders and managers on people-related strategies, workforce planning, and organizational design.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on people data, employee feedback, and market practices.

Talent & Performance

  • Partner with managers to drive talent development, coaching, and succession planning.
  • Support execution of performance management, goal setting, and talent mobility.
  • Promote team performance and cross-functional collaboration.

Employee Relations & Engagement

  • Act as an advocate for employees while balancing business objectives.
  • Manage and resolve employee relations issues, escalating when appropriate.
  • Partner with our Centers of Excellence (COEs) to deliver People Success initiatives.

Change & Culture

  • Support organizational change efforts, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.
  • Drive adoption of programs related to inclusion, wellbeing, and recognition.

Programs & Operations

  • Partner with COEs (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, L&D) to ensure GTM needs are met.
  • Support HR processes such as compensation planning, promotions, and other HR programs.

Required Qualifications

  • 5–7 years of progressive experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
  • Experience supporting Sales or GTM functions in a technology/SaaS environment strongly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of U.S. employment law and HR best practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence leaders and collaborate across functions.
  • Comfortable working with data and HR systems to generate insights and recommendations.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; advanced degree in HR or related field a plus.
