We work in a hybrid mode 3+2, with a minimum of 3 days at the office (with mandatory Tuesdays and Wednesdays) and a maximum of 2 days at the home office.

The location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00.

We employ only via an employment contract – full-time employment (HPP).

 

Your Role & Team Join us in shaping the end-to-end experience of the SolarWinds Observability Platform. You’ll be an integral part of a global design community of 18 professionals.

  • Global Reach: Work with colleagues from Florida and Austin to Bangalore and Uruguay. 🌎

  • Local Hub: In Brno, you’ll join a vibrant group of 4 UX Designers, a Product Owner, and a UX Researcher. In Kraków, you’ll be our local UX pioneer.

  • Collaboration: We stay connected through bi-weekly global syncs to share progress and maintain alignment.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partner with PMs and Engineering to drive the strategic execution of structured services. 🤝

  • Communicate design decisions across the organization and ensure quality assurance before shipment.

  • Mentor other designers and contribute to our evolving design patterns.

Your Experience

  • 3+ years in enterprise SaaS product design (complex data volumes and workflows).

  • Proficiency with current tools (Figma is our bread and butter) and systems thinking. 🛠️

  • Proven track record of shipping intuitive experiences (showcased in your portfolio).

  • Ability to thrive in mature Agile teams and give/receive constructive feedback.

Preference

  • Familiarity with developer tools, log management, or incident tracking.

  • Experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment.

Portfolio Requirement Please share your portfolio with us. We are looking for case studies that tell a story: show us the problem, your creative interaction design, and the final outcome. Ideally, showcase a technical product. Thank you!
