Summary: The Customer Renewals Sales Specialist at SolarWinds plays a key role in maintaining customer relationships by managing a large volume of renewals. The specialist is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, resolving issues, and achieving sales targets while maintaining accurate records and communication.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a large volume of renewals with high call and email volume daily, minimum 30 per day.
  • Ensure accurate customer master records, including licenses, software expiration dates, and contact information.
  • Work with customers to resolve issues that may affect ongoing relationships with SolarWinds.
  • Follow up on assigned customer software renewal quotes and generate custom quotes for presentation.
  • Verify pricing, licenses, and expiration dates with customers and resellers globally.
  • Resolve order issues with customer service and order management teams.
  • Manage pipeline, forecast, and commit deals accurately on a daily and weekly basis.
  • Perform additional administrative support duties as requested.
  • Achieve monthly quotas and the cumulative target.

Required Skills:

  • Competent use of Microsoft Office Applications for internal and external engagement.
  • Effective professional communication skills are required to achieve set targets.
  • Experience in a similar role or sales environment is beneficial.
