SolarWinds is seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Senior Sales Manager overseeing our Enterprise New Logo Commercial team.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Provide ongoing coaching and training to ensure the team’s success in identifying, qualifying, and closing strategic, complex, opportunities within your assigned customer base.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute strategic initiatives to drive revenue growth in the assigned territory.
- Ensure the team maintains a healthy pipeline of opportunities to meet and exceed sales targets.
Work Qualifications:
- Proven experience and success in sales leadership, team management, and coaching.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving common goals.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies, with a focus on driving results and exceeding targets.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is desired.
