We’re seeking a Director, HR Business Partner (GTM) to lead our global GTM HRBP team and support our global sales, marketing, and customer leaders. You’ll be a trusted advisor to senior GTM leaders, a coach to people managers, and a strategic partner in driving business outcomes through talent. As we continue to grow and evolve our go-to-market strategy, we need a bold HRBP leader who understands how to align people strategy with revenue goals—and can roll up their sleeves to make it happen. What You’ll Do

  • Partner directly with our senior GTM leaders to shape and execute people strategies that enable growth and high performance.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor on organizational design, talent planning, leadership development, and global change management for GTM functions.
  • Lead and collaborate on cross-functional initiatives (eg. partnering with People Ops, Finance, Total Rewards, TA, GTM leaders) to drive organizational transformation.
  • Use data and insights to identify trends, diagnose root causes, define success metrics, and influence people and business decisions.
  • Lead the execution of core HR programs within GTM, including compensation, performance management, employee engagement action planning etc., ensuring consistent, high-quality delivery and impact across all global regions.
  • Drive improved manager effectiveness through coaching and scalable development programs, especially in rapidly evolving or high-growth teams.
  • Be a cultural ambassador and a steward of our values, helping to build a diverse, high-performing, and connected GTM team.

What We’re Looking For

  • 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience in global teams, with a preference as an HRBP supporting GTM organizations in a high-growth tech or SaaS environment.
  • Strong business acumen—you understand sales and marketing dynamics and can partner with leaders to translate strategy into people outcomes.
  • Proven success in global change management, organizational effectiveness, and building manager capability.
  • Experience leading complex talent initiatives such as org design, M&A integration, etc.
  • Excellent coaching, communication, and influencing skills at all levels of the organization, including a history of working seamlessly with executive leaders and frontline managers alike
  • Analytical mindset with a bias for action—you use data to drive decisions and hold yourself accountable for results.
  • Driver / leader mentality with high agency and an orientation to push ahead / not wait to be asked.
