About the Role
SolarWinds is a leading provider of simple, powerful, and secure IT management software. Our solutions give organizations worldwide, regardless of type, size, or complexity, the power to monitor and manage their IT infrastructure, whether on-premises, in the cloud, or hybrid environments.
We’re seeking a highly analytical, hands-on CRO Manager to help us transform our web experience into a growth engine that drives pipeline and revenue. Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end A/B and multivariate testing program, including hypothesis development, prioritization, execution, and analysis.
- Develop test roadmaps grounded in qualitative and quantitative user insights.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (UX, Content, Dev, Product Marketing) and vendors to bring experiments to life.
- Maintain and improve testing infrastructure (e.g., GA4, Optimizely, Google Tag Manager).
- Report and communicate results, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders regularly.
- Support campaign landing page optimization through layout, copy, and CTA testing.
- Create wireframes and lightweight mocks to convey test concepts.
- Stay up to date with CRO and UX best practices, bringing innovative ideas to the table.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in CRO or web optimization (B2B SaaS preferred).
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing tools (e.g., Optimizely, VWO, Google Optimize).
- Strong analytical skills and fluency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Excel/Looker.
- Basic UX/UI knowledge and ability to build wireframes (Figma or similar).
Salary Range:
USD: 140k – 193k
