About the Role
As a Product Manager on the Platform team, you’ll be key in delivering foundational capabilities that enable SolarWinds to scale innovation across our products. You’ll work cross-functionally with engineering, design, GTM teams, and other product managers to define platform capabilities, prioritize product investments, and ensure we deliver value to internal and external customers.

Responsibilities
• Partner with engineering to define and deliver platform services and APIs that power multiple products.
• Collaborate with other product teams to understand their needs and translate them into platform capabilities.
• Develop product requirements, write user stories, and define acceptance criteria.
• Own a product backlog and roadmap, prioritizing work based on impact, effort, and strategic alignment.
• Communicate clearly with stakeholders, both verbally and in writing, to drive shared understanding and alignment.
• Measure success using a mix of customer feedback, operational metrics, and business KPIs.
• Continuously improve how we build, deliver, and support platform capabilities.

Qualifications
• 2–5 years of product management experience, ideally with platform or infrastructure technologies.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working with technical stakeholders, including engineering, architecture, and infrastructure teams.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
• Ability to break down complex problems into actionable steps.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern product development practices.
