We work in hybrid mode 3+2, at least 3 days at the office (with mandatory Wednesdays and Thursdays) and 2 days at the home office.

The location of our office is Puszkarska 7J/Building E, 30-644 Kraków, Polska.

We employ only via an employment contract – FTE.

Your Role: Are you a Senior Developer looking to level up in your career while working on some of the most exciting problems in the industry? As a distributed systems engineer, you’ll have a significant impact on the growth of our business through building and scaling our cloud telemetry platform. Responsibilities:

Write, test, and maintain high-quality code.
Manage the entire development process, from prototyping to deployment.
Design scalable solutions for complex distributed systems.
Collaborate with application engineers to drive adoption of the SolarWinds cloud telemetry platform.
Modernize telemetry data handling by investing in open standards such as OpenTelemetry.
Work with international teams to meet product and organizational goals.
Participate in a supportive on-call rotation, ensuring work-life balance and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications:

Must Have:

At least 3+ years of experience with Go.
General knowledge of software development processes and procedures.
Knowledge of CI/CD principles.
Experience with multi-platform development (Linux / Windows)
Ability and willingness to learn and apply new technologies.
Collaborative, curious, and innovative mindset.
Skills to develop clean and maintainable code, following best practices like unit/automation testing and secure product development.
Good written and verbal English skills.

Nice to Have:

Experience with systems management, virtualization, containers, and cloud.
Experience with E2E test automation.
Experience in building scalable applications.
