Job Overview
As a Revenue Enablement Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our global sales teams by facilitating collaboration between key stakeholders and overseeing the execution of enablement initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven professional looking to expand their impact and grow within a dynamic and supportive team. We are seeking someone who excels in project management, stakeholder engagement, and process coordination to ensure the successful execution of enablement activities.
Your Role
- Internal Revenue Enablement Communications: Own and manage internal sales enablement communications, including the development and distribution of the enablement newsletter and maintenance of the SharePoint page to ensure sales teams have access to the latest resources and updates.
- Training Program Execution: Coordinate and manage sales training programs, ensuring alignment with sales strategies and business goals. Support various training initiatives such as onboarding, ever boarding, and sales methodology adoption by working closely with subject matter experts and instructional designers.
- Content & Asset Management: Organize and maintain sales enablement content, including playbooks, sales scripts, case studies, and competitive analysis to support the sales cycle. Ensure materials are up-to-date and accessible for sales teams.
- Process Coordination & Execution: Act as a project lead to ensure enablement activities are executed efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, track deliverables, and support sales execution.
- Technology & Tools Adoption: Support the implementation and utilization of sales enablement technologies such as CRM, learning management systems, and sales engagement platforms. Assist in training sales teams on these tools.
- Performance Metrics & Reporting: Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ramp time, sales productivity, win rates, and deal cycle time. Gather and present data-driven insights to stakeholders to refine enablement activities.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with product marketing, sales operations, and customer success teams to align enablement activities with sales strategies and business objectives. Serve as a liaison to ensure all enablement efforts are well-coordinated and effectively communicated.
Your Experience
- Experience: 3+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales training, or sales operations, ideally within a SaaS or technology company. Experience in managing enablement projects and working with multiple stakeholders is highly valued.
- Project Management: Strong ability to manage multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously with attention to detail and execution. Use of Asana or similar tool is an advantage.
- Process-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to oversee processes and ensure seamless execution of enablement initiatives.
- Communication & Collaboration: Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with a strong ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM (Salesforce preferred), sales enablement tools (Seismic, Highspot, or similar), and LMS platforms.
- Data & Analytics: Ability to track enablement program effectiveness using key metrics and reporting tools. Experience in organizing and interpreting data to provide actionable insights is a plus.
