Your Role:
- An individual contributor end-to-end sales closing role – with a quarterly quota covering a global marketplace.
- Will own the Quote to Closure Lifecycle of an Opportunity.
- Will need to own the expansion of business in existing accounts and have a good understanding of technology selling, stakeholder management, and internal global matrixed organizational dynamics management.
- Good working knowledge of SFDC and selling stages are critical skills.
- Works with Field Alliances Leads as a tagged team partner to support specific GSI Accounts
- May have to travel to accounts locally covering headquarters resources and other related activities, if and when required.
Your Experience:
- Should have done a similar role (please refer to JD mentioned above) in the past with a Software company, with at least 12+ years’ experience in Technology Sales.
- Preferably an MBA or an Engineer (not a must though).
- Great sales acumen with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of various sales methodologies such as Sandler’s, Question-Based Selling, Solution Selling, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge or any background in Observability and IT Operations Management Software sales will be an advantage.
- Go-getter, or a self-motivated person.
