Your Role:

We are seeking an experienced and driven HR Analyst to join our People Operations team. The ideal candidate will leverage their extensive analytical background and deep expertise in people analytics to deliver data-driven insights that enhance organizational effectiveness and drive strategic decision-making. This role requires a strong blend of technical proficiency, business acumen, and the ability to communicate complex findings effectively to diverse stakeholders.

Your Impact:

Data Analysis & Insights Generation

  • Analyze workforce data to uncover trends in attrition, engagement, performance, and retention.
  • Act as a backup to the People Analytics SME to deliver actionable insights through statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and prescriptive recommendations.

Business Analysis & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Partner with People Analytics SME to collaborate with Stakeholders and Leadership to understand business needs and translate them into analytical requirements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to support organizational goals through data-driven decision-making.

Dashboard Development & Reporting

  • Design and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to track key HR metrics and KPIs. Ensure the Data Integrity and Quality with On-Time deliverables.
  • Automate recurring reports, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of insights whenever required.
  • Responsible for Managing and Responding Ad-Hoc analytics and reporting Request.

Data Management & Governance:

  • Extract, clean, and manipulate large datasets using SQL and Python to ensure data integrity.
  • Maintain and enhance data repositories within SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS) and other systems.

Project & Process Improvement:

  • Lead and support projects aimed at improving analytics capabilities, data processes, and reporting efficiencies.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize workforce strategies through innovative data solutions.
  • Maintain/Update the JIRA tickets based on the requests received. Ensure On-time deliverables.

Your Experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or Mathematics or a related field. Good to have PG certification in Data Science / Business Analytics / HR Analytics or a related field.
  • Analytics Expertise: 7-8 years of experience in Business Analytics, with at least 2-3 years in People Analytics.

Technical Skills

  • Proficiency in Python for data analysis and automation.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction, transformation, and querying.
  • Expertise with Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation is essential.
  • Familiarity with SSMS for database management.

Business Acumen

Strong understanding of HR metrics, business analysis, and the ability to translate data insights into business value for mid-size organizations.

Communication Skills

Excellent ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear, compelling and accurate manner.

Problem-Solving

Highly Organized with an ability to Adapt, identify trends, solve complex problems, and make data-driven recommendations.

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in statistical modeling and machine learning techniques.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and HR data sources. Greenhouse and Success Factors is Preferred.
