Your Role:
SolarWinds is looking for a Field Marketing Manager to support the growth of the India region. You will play a pivotal role working side by side with the field teams in building, tailoring, and executing regional marketing strategies to support business growth objectives. You will collaborate closely with the APJ marketing, sales, and global marketing teams to support the marketing strategy to demand generation plan, which includes both campaign and partner-led initiatives. This position will report to the Director of APJ Marketing and support local sales and channel stakeholders
Your Impact:
- Build, and execute India Marketing and demand generation plans that support the growth objectives in collaboration with the local sales leadership
- Work with the APJ regional teams to implement, leverage and expand marketing campaigns and programs that supports local pipeline generation
- Own the marketing generated pipeline target for India, including direct field marketing ownership and matrixed ownership of campaigns, channels and digital marketing programs run from APJ and Global levels
- Track and analyze campaigns and programs performance with regular, qualitative and quantitative-driven communication and report with sales and marketing key stakeholders
- Represent the India region in terms of regional nuances, marketing/customer insights, and differentiators, facilitating feedback loops to develop and evolve campaigns and programs accordingly
Who we are looking for:
- Proven ability to build and implement integrated marketing plan that supports strategic goals and generate pipeline for the region
- Strong understanding of marketing trends and ability to creatively implement them at local level
- Motivated self-starter with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects with acute attention to detail and follow up
- Strong relationship skills with the ability to manage stakeholders at all level of the organization
- Growth mindset with “can do” attitude and be able to work independently with hands-on approach
- Great team player, positive and proactive
Your Experience:
- 7+ years of vendor and direct field marketing experience in India with a minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B Tech/Software companies preferred. Experience in SAARC a plus
- Experienced in campaign execution, partner joint partner and digital marketing
- Experienced using CRM and project management tools such as Marketo, Salesforce, Asana and Jira
- Proficient in MS office suite: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
