Your Role:

SolarWinds is currently hiring a Customer Operations Intern for our Cork, Ireland office. This Internship role is best suited to someone with an analytical mindset, strong technical writing skills, and likely to be studying in the fields of Information Systems, Project Management, IT, or Business. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work in a team as well as independently.

Your Impact:

  • Assist in the design and development of interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, Salesforce and Gainsight
  • Gain opportunities to work with relational databases (SQL), and CRM Tools (Salesforce, NetSuite)
  • Collaborate with BI analysts, project managers, and business stakeholders to understand and translate data requirements into visual insights
  • Understand, clean, process, and analyze data from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
  • Create and maintain documentation for data visualization processes and best practices
  • Responsible for creating, maintaining, and publishing both public-facing and internal knowledge-base articles based on closed Support cases data

Your Experience:

  • Undergraduate engaged in a STEM degree program with a minimum minor in Business Information Systems, Economics, Analytics, Data Science or Computer Science.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time management ability.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with multiple areas of the company.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, under pressure, and with a high degree of professionalism delivering high-quality results on time.
