Your Role:
As a Salesforce Senior Administrator, you will have a significant impact on the way our Administrative team build and deliver new Salesforce features and changes for our internal stakeholders. The position will provide guidance and suggestions to others on the team in their areas of expertise. This includes cross-training and mentoring team members.
In this role, the candidate will consult and guide stakeholders and other team members throughout the entire project lifecycle. They will provide solutions within Salesforce based on the business requirements gathered during the initial project discussions and will be expected to collaborate with our various operations teams.
The ideal candidate will champion Salesforce best practice while still meeting business needs. They will thrive in a team environment and strive to maintain good relationships with our stakeholders and other teams within our Business Applications department.
Your Experience:
- 5+ years total of Salesforce administrative experience (preferably in Lightning)
- Experience managing new features and changes within the system
- Advanced skills creating complex reports and dashboards in Lightning
- Experience with configuration, setup, object manager, and lightning app builder
- Experience with workflow and process automation
- Experience with Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Marketing Cloud
- Experience with Salesforce integration and managed packages
- Experience with Salesforce security and best practices
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to mentor team members in an effort to help them learn
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications or equivalent experience is preferred
- Salesforce CPQ experience is a plus
- Team Lead or Management experience is a plus but not required
