Your Role:

We are seeking a seasoned Sales Account Manager to join our dynamic team, focusing on the Australia and New Zealand (ANZ) market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales through channel partners, catering to current customers, and expanding our presence in the ANZ territory. This role involves both farming (account management) and hunting (new business acquisition) activities.

Your Impact:

1. Channel Partner Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with channel partners in the ANZ region.
  • Collaborate with partners to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Provide regular training and updates to partners on SolarWinds products and solutions.
  • Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell and support SolarWinds solutions.

2. Business Expansion:

  • Identify and target new business opportunities within the ANZ market.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets.
  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness and generate leads.

3. Customer Acquisition:

  • Engage with potential customers to understand their IT management needs and challenges.
  • Present and demonstrate SolarWinds solutions to prospective clients.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target organizations.
  • Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.

4. Account Management:

  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling SolarWinds solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and provide clients with insights and recommendations to maximize the value of their investment in SolarWinds products.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.

Your Experience:

  • Proven track record in sales, with a focus on the IT and IT monitoring industry.
  • Experience working with channel partners and managing complex sales cycles.
  • Strong understanding of the ANZ market and its business landscape.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
