Your Role:

The Revenue Operations Organization goal is to craft and maintain the mechanism necessary to accelerate SolarWinds GTM performance. This role will report to the Senior Manager of Channel Operations at SolarWinds. The ideal candidate should have growth mindset, strategic thinking, as well as a passion for continuous improvement.

Your Impact:

  • Use data as the foundation to build out performance insights and directional for Channel Organization
  • Drive development and execution of outcomes and measurement for channel organization
  • Outline requirements for standardization of dashboards & develop reporting
  • Conduct root cause analysis and provide recommendations on GTM improvements across systems, process and data functions
  • Work collaboratively with Sales, Channel, Analytics, Data, Business Applications & IT to drive understanding of the business
  • Define targets that align to the organizational growth objectives

Your Experience:

  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience within operations, channel & BI
  • Understanding of partner programs, RTMs & Sales
  • Ability to understand needs of various stakeholders and translate to a framework of using data for decision making
  • Must be able to analyze, assess & execute a strategy within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to build relationships, influence and work collaboratively across multiple organizations, cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Proficiency with SFDC, Tableau, Microsoft Suite, BI tools such as Tableau, SQL, Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to understand needs of various stakeholders and translate into an operational plan of execution
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal & presentation skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
