Your Role:

As a Senior Account Manager– Field Sales, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth in Easter Europe/CEE/CIS . You will be the face of SolarWinds, building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects, customers, distributors, and other stakeholders. This role requires a proactive and results-driven individual who can effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services and meet or exceed sales targets.

Your Impact:

  • Develop and implement a strategic account plan to achieve sales targets and expand market share in EE/CEE/CIS
  • At least 4-5 years experience in IT software sales 
  • Identify and prioritize key accounts (mid mkt to Enterprise segments) and prospects within the territory
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and other partners through regular visits, meetings, and communication
  • Provide product demonstrations, presentations to position our Hybrid Cloud Observability Platform and SolarWinds Product portfolio
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to address customer needs and drive business growth
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities
  • Prepare and submit sales forecasts, reports, and other documentation as required
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Mandatory Language: Polish and English
  • Nice to have: Czech
