Your Role:

  • Software developer with a background in working with SAST/DAST security issues.
  • Proficient knowledge of developing in one or more areas, such as C/C++/.Net/Java/Kotlin/javascript, web applications, crypto, certificates, APIs, etc.
  • Understanding and familiarity with Security issues, Scoring, and security code best practices
  • Triage the Security issues and mark the risk appropriately
  • Prioritize and work with the team to guide security fixes
  • Help to integrate tooling and ensure the tools are working optimally
  • Reproduce/Simulate and verify the issues as needed and required
  • Provide expert guidance on security issues, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure secure integration of tools into CI/CD pipeline, cloud services and infrastructure.
  • Coach team members on security concepts and coding best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a closely related field with hands-on development experience.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience, at least 3 years working on security issues
  • Deep understanding of security principles, vulnerabilities, and risk assessment.
  • Familiarity with security automation tools and orchestration.
  • Previous involvement with regulatory compliance and data protection strategies is a plus.
