Your Role:

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to drive our team to success and help advance our suite of products. The ideal candidate has a passion for managing people and consistently delivering secure, scalable, and high-quality software.

Your Impact:

Coach your team on software engineering practices, agile delivery, and customer focus.
Continually identify areas of improvement with respect to the development process, product supportability, quality, and technology stack.
Ensure processes and standards that enable high-quality software delivery.
Develop a team culture of ownership and accountability.
Work closely with Product, and Engineering Managers, Product Owners to build and support world-class products.
Support and drive new product development projects planning and execution.
Participate in architectural discussions, and provide technical guidance to ensure the development of robust, scalable, and secure applications.
Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Your Experience:

5+ years of relevant software development experience.
3 years of people/team management experience, ideally in Agile.
Experience building, deploying, debugging, and scaling cloud-based microservices & web applications SaaS – (Azure/AWS).
Prior programming experience in the following: object-oriented or functional programming languages, SQL & NoSQL databases, frontend technologies, containerization, and source code versioning.
Familiarity with JIRA, and other Engineering management tools.
Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle.
English and Polish on the communicative level in spoken and written form.
