Your Role:

  • Create a strategic design practice with your leaders that balances speed and quality of execution
  • Partner with product managers, engineering, and other partners to define the wider strategy
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team of design managers and their reports
  • Improve craft quality for all design specializations in your team
  • Demonstrate excellence and iterate on designs and testing, incorporating data into your design process and evolving our understanding of customer needs and behavior

Your Experience:

  • 10+ years of experience leading design strategy with teams at scale
  • Bachelor’s degree in Art, UI/UX Design or related field required, or equivalent work experience
  • Strong storyteller and with a high degree of influence who builds solid internal partner relationships
  • Excellent facilitation and collaboration abilities
  • Leans into the technical nature of shaping a platform, customer experience and complex details
  • Exhibits passion User Experience
  • Ability to fully empathize with the customer to ensure customer centricity
  • Ability to improve and sustain design rituals at the organizational level
  • Experience managing, coaching, and engaging teams
