Your Role:

Position Overview: As an SRE Manager at SolarWinds, you’ll blend your technical acumen with leadership finesse to steer our SRE team towards safeguarding the availability and stability of our build infrastructure. Your hands-on proficiency will be the cornerstone as you lead, mentor, and foster innovation through collaboration with global teams in an enterprise context.

Your Impact:

Lead and mentor a cohort of SREs, leveraging your hands-on experience to nurture technical ingenuity and inventive thinking.
Devise and execute reliability engineering strategies that amplify the performance and scalability of our cloud-based systems.
Seamlessly collaborate with cross-functional squads, architecting solutions that align with diverse customer needs and business requisites.
Analyze and monitor system performance metrics, effectively addressing bottlenecks to sustain peak performance.
Navigate multifaceted stakeholder relationships spanning different geographies, exhibiting adept communication skills within an enterprise ambiance.
Keep abreast of emerging trends and evolving technologies, ensuring our methodologies remain at the cutting edge of efficacy.

Your Experience:

A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
Over 3 years of hands-on involvement in site reliability engineering, infrastructure engineering, or allied domains.
Past experience in a technical leadership capacity, be it as a team leader or as a pivotal single contributor.
Proficiency in cloud technologies such as AWS, Kubernetes, and GitOps.
Demonstrated effectiveness in communication, showcasing ease in interacting with stakeholders across varied geographical locations and organizational tiers.
An innate collaborative mindset, enabling you to thrive within the context of enterprise operations.
