Senior Program Manager, Web

We work in hybrid mode 3+2, at minimum of 3 days at the office and 2 days on home office.

Location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00.

The role is full-time employment “HPP”, with unlimited contract.

Your Role:

We are looking for a Web Program Manager to lead and manage the development and launch of our new web platform. The ideal candidate will have experience in all aspects of web development, from project planning and execution to quality assurance and launch. They will also have a strong understanding of web technologies and trends, as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Program Planning

• Develop and complete detailed program plan(s) and all related documentation

Governance

• Define program Site Structure, Performance and KPIs
• Leverage Web Playbooks, content templates that help guide stakeholders on how their content should be laid out and what requirements they need and extend to apply ownership, accountability, input etc.
• Intake Process documentation
• Business Case templates
• Identify and coordinate Program activities and interdependencies
• Ensure program KPIs & goals are clearly defined and understood prior to initiation
• Cross-functional (collaboration) resource management
• Manage stakeholder expectations, communications, and negotiations
• Communication templates (Executive-level vs Stakeholder)

Program Execution

• Maintain visibility into all projects as part of the program, balancing competing interests
• Identify and address problems and risks that arise
• Identify opportunities to optimize the program
• Manage program budget *(dependent on team – budget specific to LOC, Web Dev/Delivery has separate budgetary tasks). Web Dev hours (manage their time like an agency)?
• Manage stakeholder communications
• Align or realign deliverables as needed to support program outcomes

Program Reporting

• Create detailed reporting structure including dashboards, reports, monitoring cadence to ensure ongoing performance of program meets expectations

Your Experience:

• 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, product marketing, IT, software engineering or related field.
• Strong project-management skills and time-management skills.
• Ability to create strategic web project plans, prioritize action plans and work through ambiguity.
• Detail-oriented with high levels of integrity, autonomy and self-motivation.
• Knowledgeable of web analytics, SEO principles and web design principles.
• Data-first mindset with the ability to interpret data, drive meaningful actions and communicate relevant results to stakeholders.
• Experience with ASANA/Jira a plus.
