We work in hybrid mode 3+2, at minimum of 3 days at the office and 2 days on home office.

Location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00.

Your Role:

The primary responsibilities are to assist the Director of Web Marketing in building and executing web strategies; oversee the planning and assist in the implementation of our branded web templates, functionality, and pages within the SolarWinds web ecosystem. Additional duties include:

Mentor and collaborate with members of the web development teams on projects
Ensure templates and functionality meet minimum accessibility guidelines
Testing and ensuring cross-browser and cross-platform quality

Your Impact:

Implementation and development of large multi-tier API / web services, data integrations, and related web applications
Management and monitoring of live instances deployed to the cloud environment
Implementation of best practices and security improvements to the various parts of our infrastructure
Experience with programming languages and related frameworks and libraries – primarily C#, React, and Next.js
Implementation and development of web-based user interfaces using various JavaScript libraries, CSS, and HTML
Interfacing with leadership, team members, other project teams, and stakeholders in a professional and patient manner
Proficient in the English language – our teams are international where our official language is English
Our team of engineers like collaborating and helping each other. As a new team member, you might need to learn a lot but there will always be someone who will assist you; as you learn more, you will help other team members in the same fashion
Familiar and comfortable working according to Scrum and Agile principles
As we focus on delivering value each sprint, you’ll continuously see and feel the impact of your contributions, so the ability to solve business problems will be a big part of your job, which will include implementing new components and applications, handling data, debugging, and communicating with our business teams and partners

Your Experience:

2+ years experience designing and implementing complex features in software
Have experience with C#, React (we use React 18) and Next.js, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Git
Cloud environment management experience – Azure, Netlify, or similar cloud providers
Experience with configuration and management of CI/CD pipelines
Experience contributing to discussions in English to achieve solutions within a multi-disciplinary group
Have a demonstrable history of making a positive impact within your team as well as outside your team
Have experience optimizing a website for performance, accessibility, and security

The following experience is welcome, however, not required:

Production environment monitoring and incident management & reporting
Experience with web security standards
Working with a headless CMS
Creating CI/CD builds
Work on a BDD environment
