Your Role:

The digital technology and performance marketing team looking for a Manager, Marketing Analytics to help build, manage and expand its marketing analytics function, focused on business transformation, KPI dashboards and program performance. This role is at the core of the Marketing organization and is critical to the Global and Regional GTM teams in the SolarWinds business.

Your Impact:

  • Create and maintain dashboards, connecting multiple data sources for Marketing Attribution dashboard, that will ultimately guide the optimization of paid and non-paid efforts, measure the effectiveness of campaigns, and influence of full funnel channels.
  • Create dashboards to measure the prospect, channel and customer journey using data points from scoring, nurture streams, lead routing, automation and emails throughout the buyer’s journey.
  • Supports marketers in learning to leverage the dashboards to support go to market meetings and carrying out continual cycles of analysis and improvement for marketing activity.
  • Create both executive level reporting and narratives connected to data analysis, as well as individual program performance.
  • Assist with and provide insights into database optimization, including list segmentation, data cleanliness and integrity within Marketing databases.
  •  Execute strategy for enablement of effective segmentation and profiling of ideal customer profile.
  • Create and drive the of the Marketing Analytics roadmap, keep abreast of industry trends.
  • Establish and implement best practices for system maintenance, configuration, development testing, data integrity, etc.
  • Collaborate across the business with Revenue Operations, Analytics, BI and Data Science team for organizational governance.
  • Create attribution models, creating the missing link across sales, marketing and product
  • Lead a team of analysts, connecting strategies across individual areas of expertise

Your Experience:

  •          BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or related degree, MBA preferred
  •          5+ years hands on B2B experience with marketing analytics tools
  •          Strong analytical background preferably in a B2B Software or SaaS organization
  •          Have experience in web marketing/customer journey field
  •          An advanced understanding of statistics and data analytics to use data for analytics, forecasting, calculations, and data for modeling
  •          Confident Adobe Analytics user
  •          Ability to create and implement new goals and events through Adobe Launch (etc.)
  •          Experience with other analytics tools is a plus (Google Analytics, Power BI and etc.)
  •          Dashboard-building and reporting
  •          Programming skills
  •          Have knowledge of Jira and Confluence
  •          Proficiency in Tableau and Salesforce reporting
  •          Have a builder mindset with an eye towards revenue growth
