Your Role:


SolarWinds is looking for a Marketing Manager within the EMEA Go – To – Market team. This is an exciting opportunity in which you will develop a regional marketing strategy and work cross-functionally to execute on a variety of broad-based marketing programs. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a willingness to ensure tasks meet aggressive deadlines. And because we’re metrics driven, we’re also looking for someone with a strong analytical acumen, ability to review data, draw accurate conclusions and make improvements. Our ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced, dynamic environment, and can prioritize based on business goals you will help guide demand generation, customer marketing, and expansion and retention initiatives targeting key personas in all market segments.


You will contribute to developing the global go to market strategy to ensure product market fit and develop new customer acquisition tactics, product/solution launches, as well as creating marketing collateral to support your portfolio. You’ll need to pitch your ideas internally and externally. In doing this, you’ll need to be able to clearly articulate not only the strategy that drives your solutions but also be fluent in the numbers that drive your day-to-day decision making. You’ll work alongside product management, marketing, and internal and channel sales, and interact with finance, operations, and support. You’ll need to be able to collaborate with cross-functional teams with a clear vision that cuts through ambiguity and gets things done.

As a marketing manager , you’ll have an impact on our business through your contribution to SolarWinds marketing strategy and planning for the Northern EMEA Region. We look for candidates who are competent and committed to the SolarWinds mission and display exemplary attitude.

Your Impact:

    • In this role, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategy for Northern EMEA
    • Working with marketing and sales teams drive brand awareness, pipe & bookings
    • Align closely with regional sales leads to plan and manage marketing activity that supports business objectives
    • Manage marketing relationships with key channel partners in-region, including vetting budget requests, supporting activity execution and driving ROAS
    • Assist with event delivery, from scoping to execution, in partnership with internal SolarWinds teams and local agencies
    • Collaborate with the international marketing team and gain hands-on experience in marketing
    • Develop, design and implement programs that drive demand through the Channel, ensuring consistent lead and sales opportunity generation, including:
        • Co-branded Campaigns
        • Digital/Web marketing programs
        • Paid Media: Work with local agencies on program creation and implementation
        • Events: Manage and support with event promotion and activation. Report on event performance, including KPIs and ROI
    • Track and report on impact of marketing programs, drawing insights and pivoting to implement changes and improvements

    • 5+ years of relevant marketing experience –preferably in a tech related environment
    • Fluency in English is required
  • Experience in the UKI, Benelux, Nordics region a plus.
