Job Description

We are seeking a Project Manager who will be part of the Customer Operations PMO responsible for the delivery of projects for SolarWinds’ Support, Customer Success and Services groups within a global environment.  

The Project Manager will be required to manage and co-ordinate all project activities from initiation to implementation including Project kick-off, requirements analysis, working with the implementation teams on solution design and development, user acceptance testing, post implementation review, status reporting and lessons learned. This individual will work on multiple projects while leading and co-ordinating cross-company teams responsible for the overall delivery of an assigned project. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to work in a team as well as an ability to work independently. Organisation skills are a must.

 

Your Impact:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all project timelines and deliverables are met
  • Engage with stakeholders to determine project scope
  • Set and manage stakeholder expectations
  • Accountable for project documentation including project plans,  project charters, requirements  specifications and test documents.
  • Work closely with the implementation teams on the solution design and testing
  • Coordinate stakeholder User Acceptance Testing
  • Prepare training material and documentation of new processes
  • Close project by working with stakeholders to ensure the expected benefits were delivered

 

 

 

 

Position Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years project management experience

·       Fluent in spoken and written English

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong time management ability
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment across geographical boundaries
  • Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines, with a drive and commitment towards project delivery
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to perform project tasks effectively, while managing time and priorities
  • Confident with preparing presentations, proposing solutions and driving decisions
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and assignments

Desirable:

·       Project Management qualification – PRINCE2 Foundation & Practioner, PMP

·       Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, JIRA
