Your Impact:

  • Align to and participate in the SolarWinds compensation strategy and philosophy that drives the development and positioning of compensation programs. Take part in maintaining the compensation process, i.e., gathering data, analytics, etc.
  • Develop analyses and plan design recommendations for a variety of global compensation programs, budgets, and tools, which may include base pay structures, retention, annual merit programs, and short- and long-term incentive plans.
  • Develop and analyze global base pay market positioning and salary ranges to ensure market competitiveness and support of overall compensation strategy.
  • Draft and oversee the execution of limited or recurring project plans in support of new compensation initiatives to ensure successful execution and timely completion, which includes comprehensive change management.
  • Develop and deliver global compensation training and communication for leaders and employees.
  • Develop and implement global reward programs to attract, retain, and motivate employees across the organization
  • Collaborate with HR and business leaders to identify key areas for reward program improvement
  • Conduct market research and analysis to ensure the organization's reward programs are competitive and in line with industry standards
  • Manage the budget for reward programs and ensure they are cost-effective
  • Develop communication and training materials to educate employees on reward programs and ensure they understand how to participate
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of reward programs, making necessary adjustments to ensure maximum impact
  • Stay up-to-date on emerging trends and best practices in the field of employee rewards and recognition
