We work in hybrid mode 3+2, at minimum of 3 days at the office and 2 days on home office.

Location of our office is Holandská 873/6, Brno – Štýřice, 639 00.

Responsibilities:

Contribute to Web Development strategy with a focus on the Site Reliability discipline.
Define and Implement Web Development best practices and tools for monitoring, incident response, and systems maintenance.
Drive definition of a technical roadmap, support discovery and implementation for their area.
Oversee the performance of teams responsible for Site Reliability and their projects.
Grow, coach, and mentor direct reports.
When necessary, support recruitment for the Web Development team.

Qualifications:

Must have

Proven track in leading engineering teams
Practical experience on solving problems in the following areas:
Cloud computing
CI/CD Pipeline configuration
Security Engineering for Web
Monitoring & Incident Management

Experience as active contributor to:

The design and implementation of Monitoring and Incident response processes for Web
The configuration and maintenance of development tools
Recruiting and Mentoring Engineers
Breaking down technical projects into executable and measurable work items
Capacity to communicate ideas and influence technical decisions in English

Nice to Have

Background as a Software Developer
Understanding of Microservice based Architecture
Familiarity with Content Management Systems
Project Management experience
