Your Role:

Are you someone who wants to grow in your career? We are looking for an experienced marketing campaign manager to drive the planning, development, and execution of the IT Service Management campaign. In this role, you will have a significant impact on the growth of our business through integrated, full-funnel marketing campaigns.

Your Impact:

  • Work closely with marketing and product management leadership to understand the opportunity and audiences, assess go-to-market readiness, and shape go-to-market strategy
  • Establish specific campaign strategy and goals based on business objectives
  • Develop full-funnel global campaign plans and program mix across each stage of the buyer’s journey
  • Work cross-functionally to define campaign content, assets, creative structure, and campaign activation
  • Oversee the development of core content and assets deployed in the campaign mapping to each stage of the buyer’s journey
  • Based on data, monitor campaign performance and optimize campaign content
  • Ensure timely and communication of all campaigns to internal stakeholders including Field marketing teams to execute campaigns globally
  • Serve as campaign lead for tier 1-2 launches

Your Experience:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in SaaS B2B marketing, ideally with global responsibilities
  • A proven track record of planning and executing and full-funnel marketing campaigns
  • Understanding of the buyer’s journey ability to plan for content at each stage
  • Ability to work and collaborate on virtual teams and at all levels in the organization
  • Fast learner, detail orientated & execution focus with the ability to handle multiple assignments in a rapidly changing environment
  • A can-do, high-energy self–starter with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; thrives in collaborative work environments
  • Based on data, ability to provide recommendations to improve campaign performance and implement recommendations
  • Experience working cross-functionally to execute projects
