Your Impact:

We’re looking for a bright, energetic and self-motivated Contracts Administrator to help procurement functions in our Finance Department.  

  • Manage vendor relationships across the entire organization with focus on cost savings and optimizing purchasing power.
  • Review and negotiate pricing of key global supplier contracts, master service agreements and other documents working with Legal team as needed.
  • Collaborate with internal customers and provide a high level of customer service, including recommending solutions, resources, and alternative supply options.
  • Manage shared team email inboxes by reviewing and responding to requests, assigning emails to internal team members as needed and ensuring that matters are addressed and resolved according to established SLAs.
  • Communicate with external vendors and suppliers to resolve transactional issues.
  • Assist in developing and enhancing procurement policies and procedures with project management oversight of any procurement initiatives and solutions implementation.
  • Independently manage workload and communicate deadlines and status of projects to organization and other procurement team members.
  • Educate submitters on procurement process and ensure that submitters follow proper procedures.
  • Coordinate approvals from various internal and external parties and route agreements for signature.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned

Your Experience:

  • 2-3 years of professional business experience, ideally involving the negotiation of or exposure to vendor agreements.
  • Superb organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written (grammar, spelling, formatting) and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
