Your Role:

We are looking for a talented Manager, Solution Engineering to come help drive growth in EMEA.

Your Impact:

  • Manage a team of presale engineers, providing guidance, mentoring, and coaching to help them achieve their goals and targets.
  • Partner with Sales Directors to drive the technical presales process, supporting them in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
  • Provide technical expertise and leadership throughout the sales cycle, from discovery to solution design to proposal development and presentation.
  • Ensure that presale resources are allocated effectively and efficiently to support sales pursuits.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to ensure that our solutions are aligned with market needs and customer requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and industry experts to understand market trends and customer needs.

Your Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in a technical presale’s role, preferably in a B2B software environment
  • Experience in managing a team of presales engineers is a plus.
  • Strong technical background in enterprise software solutions, preferably in the cloud or SaaS space
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven track record of working collaboratively with sales teams to win new business.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience working in a global or multi-cultural environment is a plus.
