Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Revenue Process Analyst to join our team. The Revenue Process Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing the revenue process to increase efficiency and profitability. They will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to optimize revenue streams.

Job Location: Bangalore/Mumbai

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct data analysis to identify areas for process improvement and revenue optimization.
  • Develop and document processes and procedures to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Work with ERP systems and database management to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement business intelligence reports to support decision-making.
  • Analyze root cause of revenue process issues and develop solutions to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and optimize revenue streams.
  • Monitor revenue performance and trends and provide insights and recommendations to senior management.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices related to revenue process optimization.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in revenue process optimization, data analysis, or related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in ERP systems, database management, and automation.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze root cause of issues and develop actionable solutions.
  • Experience with business intelligence tools and reporting development is a plus.
